• Proof of residency, not older than three months 
• RFC copy (attached doc)
• Service request filled

Corporation

• RFC (Federal Taxpayer’s Registry)
• Proof of address of attorney in fact (in the name of said person and containing city district (colonia), borough (delegación) and zip code (código postal))
• Deed of incorporation
• Official identification of attorney in fact
• Public deed of attorney in fact if it is not contemplated in the deed of incorporation (holder of a power of attorney for acts of management individually and, if in a joint manner, send the official documentation of the other attorney in fact)
• Data of the Public Registry Bureau (related to the registration of the public deeds sent)
