PUBLICACIONES EN LINEADe conformidad con lo establecido por el Artículo 28 de las Disposiciones de carácter general aplicables a las emisoras de valores y otros participantes del mercado de valores, emitidas por la Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores revisa anualmente los requisitos mínimos de mantenimiento para permanecer listado en esta.
"La BMV tiene la obligación de informar anualmente sobre el cumplimiento de los requisitos de mantenimiento".
El resultado de esta revisión anual se informa con oportunidad a la CNBV en el mes de Junio, además de ponerlo a disposición del público en general a través de esta página electrónica; de conformidad con lo previsto por el citado Artículo 28.
De igual forma, y de acuerdo con lo señalado en el Artículo 29 de las citadas Disposiciones, como parte del seguimiento, esta Bolsa solicita a las emisoras correspondientes, la presentación de un programa tendiente a subsanar sus incumplimientos en requisitos de mantenimiento de inscripción.
